Regulatory compliance platform

This is leadership experience, not a Felix Technology Services client engagement. Stephen Felix spent nearly a decade at Goldman Sachs, including as Vice President in the Technology Division, building systems that had to survive the scrutiny of a regulated financial institution.

The work included a regulatory and compliance platform through which each trading desk captured and evidenced how its activities complied with various FINRA regulations. The result was a structured, auditable, desk-by-desk record of compliance for the firm.

He was also instrumental in integrating regulatory controls into the Goldman Sachs bank application for iOS and Android, embedding compliance requirements directly into customer-facing mobile software. Security, reliability, and controlled change management were the operating standard, not a slide at the end.
