The Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States needed an education management information system that could serve member states without collapsing into a pile of incompatible national spreadsheets.

As lead developer, the work centered on standardized data collection and regional reporting against international indicators. That means multi-stakeholder government delivery, harmonized reporting, and data-standard compliance across a regional public-sector environment.

The same muscles apply whenever several ministries, agencies, or islands must share a single picture of the truth and still keep control of their own records.
